Diaowocun farm house

We are at Diaowocun ( Diaowo village) in Pinggu District , 85km from Beijing city, China. A small farm house situated near HuangSongYu (Huang Song Reservoir) which was built in 1976. Diaowocun is a small village and about 50 families stay here, mainly growing fruits such as persimmon, apricot, plum, pear and hawthorn.

Mrs Shannon Bagel restaurant

Mrs Shannon Restaurant , famous for bagels, situated in Baixingzhuang. We have breakfast there mostly on Saturday where Darren & Almen will be there as well with their kids. I normally will order the cheese omelette with additional onion and mushroom. Leng will usually order the waffles and coffe get free refill. It wiill have to move to make way for developement and their new location will be in Roma Lakes, slightly far awat from us.

Raining Shanghai

It has been raining the whole day in Shanghai and all we could do was to watch online movie, taking naps, surf websites......these skteches are done in the dining room in my sister-in-law home in Puyuan Pudong Shanghai.
